If you purchased Trip Protection at checkout, you may request a refund using this form. Please note: This form must be submitted at a minimum of 25 hours before your scheduled departure for any refund. Cancellation & Refund Schedule Cancel 72+ hours before departure: 100% refund of ticket price (Trip Protection fee not refunded). Submit form at least 3 days before your ride. Cancel 24–72 hours before departure: 50% refund of ticket price. Submit form 1 to 3 days before your ride. Less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: No refund available. Submissions after the 25-hour cutoff are considered a no-show. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Requests submitted outside the eligible window will not be processed.
