See the Nickel Plate Express from a whole new perspective. Cab riders should arrive at least 30-minutes before the excursion to go over a brief safety talk, sign the waiver and get ready to go. This is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity. A great present for Father’s Day, Christmas or a Birthday!

Cab Ride (14+): Ride in the cab for a full-length Nickel Plate Express excursion. See the behind-the-scenes view! Prices are per person. Youth between the ages of 14 and 16 must have a ticketed guardian accompany them. 

All cab riders must be physically fit enough to walk on uneven surfaces between the train engines and climb the ladder into our F9 unit. We do not recommend this experience if you have mobility challenges. 

*Proper clothing and personal protective equipment is required. Must be 14 years old or older. A waiver must be signed prior to your experience.
